Launched in 2022, Pursuance Productions is a production company dedicated to the support, marketing and management of eclectic and visionary projects. Our growing roster features an array of unique endeavors spanning jazz, comedy, education, film and beyond.
Erica von Kleist
Founder and Director
Producer and multi-instrumentalist Erica von Kleist began her career as a jazz musician in New York, performing, touring and recordings as both a side woman and bandleader. After having earned the first Bachelor’s degree in jazz in the history of the Juilliard School, Erica’s early career included touring several luminary artists, recording on six GRAMMY-nominated recordings and performing in the orchestra pits of Broadway. In 2012 Erica relocated to Montana where she cut her teeth as an entrepreneur, founder of two companies which provided employment for local Montana musicians, jazz education for youth, and live music for events and venues. Grace Fox
Artist Development
Grace Fox has quickly emerged as a rising star in the jazz world, celebrated for her talent as a trumpeter, composer and bandleader. Based in NYC, she has performed at venues like Carnegie Hall, Birdland, Dizzy’s Jazz Club, Rose Theater, and iconic Broadway theaters. Recently, recorded and performed as lead trumpeter for Grammy-nominated artist Jon Batiste in his Carnegie Hall performance “American Symphony,” also featured in an accompanying documentary.
